Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Clean background
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently
- Willing to work in all weather conditions
- Understand this is a weather-driven industry (flexibility is key)
- Team-first attitude with a strong work ethic
Pay & Growth:
- Starting at $19.50/hour
- Top performers earn $25–$32/hour + bonus incentives

We have used this company for lawn care as well as snow removal and they have done an excellent job.
